| How do I open an account with Wish? |

1) Click the "Register" link at the top right side of our site.
2) You will be directed to a registration page.
The registration process is as follows:
- Within 24 hours you will receive an email with a link to click to confirm your interest (please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive the email)
- After you click the link the process resumes - our registration department will review your request.
- Please make sure that your registration includes your Company Name, Tax ID and/or Social Security number.
- If approved - within another 24-48 hours you will receive your account approval. You may now sign in with your email and password to access our products and pricing.
PLEASE NOTE WISH IS A WHOLESALE SITE. YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF BUSINESS TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US. WE DO NOT SELL TO RETAIL CUSTOMERS. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| How much is my shipping? |
| |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
