Here at Wish, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unhappy with any item, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY -
We are proud of the quality of our furniture and the ease at which they can be assembled. We also triple check contents so missing pieces are highly unlikely. Retail stores should be very careful during furniture assembly.
IMPORTANT- When you receive your furniture (prior to assembly) please inspect your box to make sure all pieces are included and of good quality. We only accept returns of fully boxed furniture items. We may elect to replace missing pieces at our discretion but we usually require all damaged products to be returned to our warehouse. Once the bag of screws has been opened the item can not be returned..
All returned products will be refunded to purchase credit card or product credit will be provided. We do not do exchanges or re-shipments of single products. We do not give discounts or credit for "minor" damage. Products must be returned as per the policy above so that we can track and control any quality issues.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping unless the product is defective.*
Most of our products are shipped in wholesale cartons of multiple quantities. Please make sure that you have read and understand how the quantities work, as we do not refund return shipping costs for ordering errors.
All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition. All furniture orders will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee. There is no re-stocking fee for clothes orders.
*A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing error. Once we receive a returned item we reserve the right to determine the nature of the issue. A product that was damaged in shipment to your customer is not considered defective. Again - our testing and inspection processes make product issues highly unlikely.
