With the Wish Custom Design Program you can now have your very own designs manufactured to your specifications in low production runs of only 500 pieces per style. Here is how it works:

• You provide us with a clothing design. It can be anything from a photo to a designer's mock-up to a physical sample. Obviously the more detail we have the better your results will be. We do not produce or sample any styles protected under copyright. Please do not ask.
• You approve fabric samples.
• We create a sample/You approve the sample.
• We provide a price/You approve a price.
• We provide you with a pro-forma invoice for your item. You sign invoice and provide 30% deposit. We put item in to production.
• We provide you with an expected ship date.
• After product ships you provide remainder of payment and we project manage the freight arrangements and deliver goods to your door. All freight costs are payable prior to product shipment.

How long does it take?

• Sample creation can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the complexity of the style.
• Production takes 25 days for a 500 style run.
• Shipping and delivery can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 7 weeks depending on how pieces are shipped (we always try and combine shipments in order to offer our customers optimal shipping costs).

Where are the products manufactured?

Most of our factories are in China. Every factory that we work with has been personally visited and inspected by members of our team. We will not work with any factory unless we meet personally with the owner.

What are the costs involved?

We project manage the design, development, manufacturing, freight arrangements, etc... All of these services are included in the price of your order.

Customer Costs :

• The cost of the product. Custom designs will be priced as aggressively and competitively as our regular pricing. Pricing is established after sample creation and is agreed with customer prior to production.
• Sample creation for new custom customers is $50 per style . After a customer produces any style and receives delivery - all samples are free.
• Most of our design and development can be managed efficiently via email, but if physical samples, fabrics or design specs are required, all shipping costs are covered by the customer. USPS has very reasonable rates to China.
• Freight Costs - All freight and related customs/delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to combine with other orders wherever possible in order to minimize freight related expenses.
